The task that truly put East River Partners on the map is the advancement of three luxury condominiums on top of the historical Anshei Meseritz Synagogue in the East Village of Manhattan. This could not have actually been done without the approval of the city's Landmarks Preservation Commission, and the board approved the task all. The synagogue wased established by Polish immigrants in 1910. Not ever yone in the area was thrilled with the idea of this landmark being turned into high-end real estate. "Not only is this a unique and exciting project, its particularly special to develop in a neighborhood that currently does not offer new residences with this level of detail," Jody Kriss told Resident.com. "From incorporating the original stained glass windows to installing high-end appliances, we wanted to integrate the authentic feel of the neighborhood with modern living.
