Jody Kris has also been involved in jobs mainly in Brooklyn and Manhattan. In Brooklyn, there focus is in fact around brownstone areas primarily the; Fort Greene, Park Slope, and Cobble Hill. They keep producing nice little projects and boutique buildings which are positioned on the tree-lined and essential brownstone obstructs around Brooklyn.

However much involved they remain in Brooklyn they are working on some tasks at Manhattan. Presently they will complete a project in the Lower East-Side, The East Village, which lies at the 415 East 6th St. It' s a landmark and an exciting job because they're bring back a century old synagogue, by turning it into 3 domestic lots, while the synagogue will continue being functional on the ground floor. They are bring back the whole structure as well as developing an exciting new area for it.
