In a 2016 article by Jackie Hart for Down town Magazine, Jody Kriss talks with the writer about the effective completion of the East 6th Street job and stating now the praise center has luxury condominiums above it and is being restored itself, in addition to receiving a new area. The lofts on top are roomy, soothing, filled with light, airy and expensive.

When asked how his firm got involved in the synagogue task, Kriss explained that a good friend was walking down East 6th in the East Village, passed the temple and fulfilled a few of the congregants.
